Vodacom contract cancellation

Complain-Vodacom contact cancellation process is very frustrating. I have been trying to cancel my cellphone contract for over a year and each time i call the consultant's would confirm that the contract has been cancelled only for them to continue to debit. They make it impossible to cancel the contract they will tell you its done while it is not al their consultants behave the same way. Please do stay away from vodacom contracts they are impossible to cancel even after the contract has ended they will continue debiting and make it impossible to cancel. I would give them zero rating if it was possible
