Vodacom contract cancellation

Dismal service. My dad has been trying to cancel a contract that ended in september and another last year since forever: they have literally been making a 60 old man run in circles to end this darn contract: he has made countless phone calls with no assistance. Quick to want to upgrade but painstakingly slow to discontinue the contract. I'm absolutely mortified with the service. No one can help: but they all work at vodacom. Cant say I will ever utilize their service again.
