Vodacom contract cancellation

I would like to lodge a complaint for Vodacom, it's been over 3 weeks now trying to cancel my contract without luck,i don't know how many of their agents i have spoken to but till today it hasn't been resolved, please help i need this to be done asap so they won't deduct for next month as i have tried over a month to cancel with them but without luck.
