Vodacom contract cancellation.

I have had a vodacom contracts for over 10 years and I have been trying to cancel the contracts for months without success, at the branch the say they only open contracts but they do not cancel or stop them, they gave me a toll free no. that I have been calling for months, I was put on hold for more than 10 min with no assistance, there is an option to be called back , I chose it several times, I never got a call back, now I am paying for things I no longer have. Vodacom your service on contract is good but be fair and professional if I want out let me without hustle.
