Vodacom Contract Cancellation
I have been trying to cancel my contract with Vodacom since January 2021, but without any success. Every time I call I am given the run around and the same retention department doesn't resolve my requests. I have called 4 times since the start of year 2021 and it is always the same story where by they promise me to resolve my problem but then they end up not.
In future, I will not be renewing any of my other contracts with Vodacom, I am going to move over to another service provider, if this is the way that Vodacom wants to do business.

No one from your department has called me and I'm getting frustrated with the fact that everyone is dodging my request to cancel my contract. I have been calling since January but no one takes ownership of canceling my contract. All they want is to make a sale and that not what I want. Please resolve this issue because I'm tired of running around with your call center people who don't want to solve my problem. It's as if those people are taught how not to cancel contracts mxm.
