Vodacom - contract cancellation

Hello, I am trying to reach Vodacom for a contract cancellation. I am a loyal customer who now lives abroad and needs to cancel a service I no longer need although I continue to pay the monthly subscription. I have emailed them and have not received any response. Vodacom, please let me know who to contact. I am only reachable via email.
