Vodacom contract canceled prematurely

I have a contract with Vodacom, on the 12th of September 2023 if I am not mistaken i call in to vodacom wanting to cancel my contract. However the person I spoke to asked me the reason why I wanted a cancelation I informed him I couldn't afford.he then adviced me that since the number I wanted to chance is the main one how about I cancel the other line that was extra and can be canceled at any given time with a payable of R75. He further adviced me that I should then reduce my subscription on the line I initially wanted to cancel I agreed to it since it made sense. He further said he is going to send me a quotation that I can take to any vodacom store to cancel the other line. On the 29th of September2023 my husband noticed that both his nunbers where offline but assumed it was network. But we realized it was only his number that's when i decided to call vodacom again then I was informed that I had a premature cancelation on my contract and it took place on the 27th of September2023. That became a shock the worst part those numbers couldn't be traced on vodacom system. The person I spoke to promised to come back to my with no luck. The very same day at about 14h38 I called again. I was promised that my line will be brought back and the manager tried sorting it out unfortunately the office that initiated the cancelation need to be sorted out therefore they sent an email. We went to the weekend with no help .on the 02nd of October2023 at about 08h17 I call again .mind do no one comes back to me with feedback i must follow people around . on the 2nd I am told the email is sent then after two days it'll be sorted . I wait patiently so .today the 4th of October2023 is the 2nd day still phone is not working . i call again .to my shock I am.told my account is on areas i need to call 1946 nr. When I call it I am told after explaining my story that I need to speak to the cancelation department that referred me to them. I was also told that all my complains were not.logged a call for so it is only today that they are.logging a call and I must wait for another 7 days for my numbers to be sorted. Mind do my husband is using the same number for his work purposes he's sitting without a phone for 7days and he must wait patiently so for another days.all that I hear is We understand mam and we are sorry. If i ask them if it makes sense that I can renew a contract and cancel the active one prematurely? They are saying it doesn't make sense.how does it make sense to cancel a contract that will need over R7000 in cash when i said I cannot afford R1000? .I am aggrieved realy I am not happy with the service I got .I cannot even wait for another7days as if its my fault.14 days without a phone. They dont even make it prepaid they closed lines completely. How and why I cannot get those answers. I need answers and solutions
