Vodacom Contract Cancelation

As my 24moths contract was about to end, I have been getting calls for upgrades, which I have declined, shortly after the week of April 6-7th, I get a call from another consultant adving me it is mandatory for me to take an upgrade, I then called vodacom spoke to sibonga and he advise me that the contract is ending and I don't have to be forced into an agreement. The Thursday at 1ish this chic called back and we go back and forth about this upgrade and I have advised her that I feel forced to take this upgrade and she tells me I need to take to keep the Sim cards active, and I mentioned to her numerous times that I have the resources to accomdate my cellphone. Eventually I gave up and took the package, my partner calls in the next day canceling. They have advised that they will send an Sms reference to confirm cancelation. It's been almost two weeks of calling the customer care service and they keep advising me that they can see the call is logged but cannot confirm cancelation as the QA needs to listen to a call.. Bearing in mind that I have 14days to cancel.. I still haven't heard anything and the package has been implemented and no one can give me answers. This is really bad service, no one from the senior management have attempted to call to advise me that they are looking into this.

The references number I recieved New claim Case RCO207456 Contact details ***

Calls are made from *** and ***
