Vodacom contract cancelation

Vodacom is blatantly robbing me while refusing to cancel a contract that is due to expire on the 30th of July, ive called on the 30th of June to cancel the contract before the required 30days,came across a agent who was busy forcing down new contracts on me of which i refused to take, soon after he told me ill lose both the numbers if i cancel i told him its ok if it comes to that, though is was new to me, i thought you can keep the numbers as prepaid if you want, however he refused to cancel the contract on the 30th of June he said i must call on the 1st of July to start the 30 days rule for cancelation because if i do early it will be prematurely, well i called on on 1st of July to no response i held for hours the was no response at saying its due to high volume calls.

To my surprise yesterday when i checked if data was loaded on me and my wife's devices that are linked to the contract the was nothing, only airtime was loaded of which it was not the usual amount, however the full contractual amount of R508 was debited from my bank account, i ended up buying data of 2Gig for 7 days with the short changed airtime they gave, to my surprise it has disappeared, i was then charged out of bundle, the short changed airtime was depleted right away.

Is this the kind of treatment you give people after being your customer for 14yrs, after spending thousands of rands you go and treat me like this I believe its my right to cancel a contract when it is due to expire i dont have to be punished for that, no one has to force down any new contracts on me or threatened that i will lose the numbers.

Im stasting to think that my calls were ignored intentionally yesterday, just to keep feeding of my money while you blatantly robbing me.

Please get this sorted ASAP, i dont need you to nice to me with your new expensive contract i just need you to cancel this one. Then im out
