Vodacom contract cancelation

Tried to cancel my contract with vodacom as due to corona virus ive out of work .went to a vodacom outlet I use closed due to virus .So tried online cancellation but said cant help as contract goes to June saod impossible to out contact end of March they said need to go back to store correct tje problem,siad impossible as store closed as per lock down so now what cant cancel cant pay cant sort out very convenient Vodacom.
