Vodacom contract camcellee but their attorney says i owe R2900

Good day. My contract for *** *** **** ended in May 2020. I phoned to cancel my contract end of February 2021. The call agent signed me up for a new contract without my consent. I had to call again on 3 March 2021 to cancel my contract AGAIN! I was told that I will we billed pro rata R200.06 at the end of March 2021. I was assured that would be my last payment and that my contracts with vodacom were all cancelled. In the recording I stated that I don't want anything to do with vodacom anymore and I just want my number as pay as you go. I get an email on 8 April 2021 stating I owe R506 at end of April. I don't understand this as my contract was cancelled. I phone again today and they said that I had to call again to cancel my contract again for what reason I do not know as I cancelled it on 3 March. Why am I being charged for a contract that is cancelled and why must I pay when I was promised that the R200.06 was the last payment I had to make. I've spent over R5000 for being over charged on 2gigs of data every month. Now I must still pay when my contract has been cancelled. How do you guys get away with this? Your customer service is SHOCKING! I've spent over 4 hours on the phone in the past month just to cancel a contract that is still not cancelled! You need to stick to your promises and start listening to your customers. This is absolutely **********! I've requested to speak to a manager or supervisor and haven't been successful. No one can even give me the supervisor or managers number or email. Every time I phone I have to retell the whole story to every person I speak to and nothing ever happens. You need to up your game. I am fed up! Anyone with some advice? I received an invoice in April 2021 saying that vodacom owes me R0.33. Today I get a call from their attorney saying I owe Vodacome R2900. How is this possible?
