Vodacom Contract *****

Vodacom agents do not respect clients I made a request for my contract to be canceled 2 weeks ago, 3 weeks later no response or cancellation confirmation then they want to ask me when did I call but it is there on the system when I called they told me their "calls" are recorded so they should know... I forgot their consultant who assisted on that day but this is basically ***** really.
