Vodacom contract = Bad

I have had a contract for 4 years with vodacom, despite paying on time 99% on time for the passed 4 years, they don't see it as any payment because im on EFT instead of debit order because my income only comes in on the 1st to 3rd because i work with paypal and have to wait for FNB to clear out my funds, so debit order wasn't an option. and as a result "my credit portfolio" decreased, despite paying fine, and as a result, i cannot get the phone i want, or will even "compromise" as a last resort for. they want to give me a low-spec device im completely unhappy with, despite having good credit and having always paid on time, because im a "cash" customer im apparently a bad one and i cant even get a contract for 300/pm for the nokia 8, nor even settle half way with me for what i could "tolerate" which is the xperia ultra XA1 for 249/pm, all they'd want to give me is 220/month, and if you go look on their site, there is not even great choices at all, all low-spec devices. i mean come on, if 4 years later paying on time all the time doesn't spell I'm a good customer, what does? the best part is, they want me to pay so much in for the handset i actually want that i might as well buy it cash and still get it cheaper than what they want me to pay in, A quick google search and found the nokia 8 for R6000 cash, they want me to pay in R7600 and still a 24-month contract, what a joke right? please assist me in the procedure for putting the contract up for cancellation, as i am 4 months away from finishing, unhappy customer.
