Vodacom contract application rejected on low score

I am so disappointed with Vodacom. I jave made an application for a sim only deal R299 a month. Was told my application was rejected. When I asked why they say the reason is not provided I should try again in 60 days. I called the credit bureaus and my scores are excellent. My problem is if you don't give me a reason for the rejection and say I must apply again in 60 days what is gonna be different? It's really unprofessional I am ****ed off.
