Vodacom Contract application, cancelled without any notice

After placing an order for a contract on vodacom's website, I wanted to change the colour of one of the phones I chose on the contract.

The agent assisting me, informed me that the contract application was canceled due to the offer not being available anymore, this after receiving a confirmation email that my contract was approved and that I will be receiving my devices shortly.

No email stating that an error occurred or that the contract was cancelled!

This is appalling service, I was planning on moving from MTN to Vodacom, but I think Vodacom changed my mind on this move ...
