Vodacom Contract - Airtime not loaded for 9 months

I signed a new contract with Vodacom in March 2020 and have not received the airtime that I signed for. Vodacom has been billing for airtime that they do not load onto my Mom's number. This contract was taken for my Mom, she noticed in March 2020 that she did not get the airtime, I then went back to Maponya Mall Vodacom to alert them and was told by the very same consultant that assisted me when I took the contract that the airtime will be loaded soon. We then could not go back in April 2020 because of the lockdown. In May I called Vodacom to alert them of the issue and was told that the number captured on their system is incorrect and the consultant then said that they will assist me and also ask their supervisor to fix it to the correct number which, but they never resolved it. In July2020 I called again and was told that Vodacom online cannot assist, that I will need to go back to the store. I then went back into the store in Maponya Mall and the very same consultant Mpho Madida, that assisted me when taking up the contract assisted me and told me to wait a bit while he tries to solve this. After waiting for almost an hour in that store , I was then told that the department that needs to help does not operate on weekends and that he (Mpho) will sort it out and call me with confirmation on Monday. I then logged a query with ICASA and airtime for the first 14 months of the contract was loaded onto my Mom's correct number. Its been almost 9 months again that I have been chasing Vodacom to load my Mom's airtime and I have been told that I will not be assisted. This is really frustrating because I am being debited every month for a service that I do not receive. Had it been me that was not keeping my side of the contract, I would have been blacklisted by now. ICASA can no longer assist as well because when I log another query with them, they delete it from their end. I have had enough of Vodacom and I really would not recommend getting in any kind of contract with them.
