vodacom contract a waste of time and money

Three months ago everything on my laptop dissappeared, even windows 8.1. I tried several times to take my laptop in at the vodacom shops nearby but all of them told me that they dont take laptops, only handsets. I have to take my laptop to midrand. How must I get to Midrand if I am working from mon-sun (06:00-18:00). I phoned customer care and they gave me a number to phone but the number just ringing. I am now 3 months in arears cause how can I pay for something that I can't even use. I tried again yesterday but their sevices is up yo ****. I am using my own airtime to phone them and its taking my money everytime I phone them. My cell contract is with cell c and with vodacom because ofvtheir poir services. If vodacom wants their money, they'll have to fix my laptop and they must collect and deliver it. I am tired of vodacoms poor services. Why do they contracted laptops but you struggle your ass off just to get it fix. My laptop's guarantee is only for 1year and it already expired the end of november. If their services wasn't ****, my laptop could be fixed. I wanted to cancel my contract yesterday but I couldn't cause I have to pay money and still I didn't get any help, useless
