Vodacom contract

It came with a shock and I dont know what to say about this contract and I wonder who open this contract on my behalf, vodacom is very bad and they treated me like m nothing. Consultants told me tbay have nothing to do with that an they gave me the number to call lawyers and i ask her how m i going to call them ,because i dont have money an m not working.i dont know how to deal with this situation now.
