Vodacom contract

<p>Hello, Good evening.</p> <p> </p> <p>On Tuesday the 14 June 2016 I contacted the Vodacom contract department to renew my contract on my Uchoose Smart S package. After coming to and agreement with one of their consultants, I was offered 100mins vodacom to vodacom and a 1gb data as an addition to my Uchoose Smart S package, to counter the offer made to me by telkom mobile. In addition to this, Vodacom also included in my renewal the Huawei P9.</p> <p>After receiving the phone on Friday 17 June 2016, I received an sms telling me that my contract will be upgraded on the 30 June 2016 to the Smart S straight package. I spoke to a Vodacom consultant at one of the Vodacom stores and he lodged a complaint to ask if this action can be reversed and if I can be placed back on my Uchoose Smart S package as I was previously on. The fact that the sms stated that the upgrade will only take place on the 30 June is enough proof that it can be done.</p> <p> </p> <p>It has been five days now, the Vodacom consultant contacted me to let me know that the upgrades department is completely ignoring the request even after he escalated it. Hence my reason To contact, I would like to know if HelloPeter will be able to assist me in this regard as there are only six days left before the end of the month.</p> <p> </p> <p>thanks & regards.</p>
