Vodacom contract

I had a contract with Vodacom which ended last year January. They stopped providing me with airtime as well as debiting my account which means both Vodacom and I understood that the contract has ended. Suddenly I've been handed over to a lawyers. I went to their branch at but still was not assisted. I would like to know what is it that I'm owing Vodacom.
