Vodacom contract

I had a contract phone with vodacom and I was retrechend at work and requested for a settlement which I paid the 05.11.2026 ,so month end of November the debted money what dont understand was why debt has they stopped immediately their services so I went to my bank and reverse the money now am getting threat sms handing me over to the lawyers after informing them am no longer working were should I get the money to pay for services they stopped immediately atleast if the charged me few rands not the whole R940 .your intervention will be highly appreciated
