Vodacom contract

My contract dated Sept 2015 was entered into with Vodacom in the amount of R135.00 with reduced subscription of R36.00.. this subs was stopped withou ryme or reason..<br> Data in the amount of R 246.26 for Sept, R 169.29 for Dec, R146.31 for Jan was also added to my monthly invoice without my request.<br> A further R19.00 per month was also added for handset installment.<br> I have contacted Vodacom on more occasions that i care to remember...a fax dated 4 Nov was also send to vodacom customers services, but all to no avail..Mr Barnard at Vodacom Herm**** has promised to rectify this situation, but all I have received to date was a bunch of empty promises.
