Vodacom Contract
I’m having issues with getting accurate answers regarding my contract. Ever since I included the accidental cover , I’m being debited more than what I authorized. According to my calculations including the damn cover, I’m only supposed to be debited R630.00 but last month I was debited R750.00 and this month it was R660.00 , I want sound answers and I also want to change my payment option from debit order to cash payment because I clearly can’t trust such a well known company with my money.
Sort this **** out ASAP!
