Vodacom Contract ****!!!
I recently downgraded my data contract with Vodacom and the consultant said i will pay R149 per month, Now Vodacom charges me R321.77, When i ask i am told that it is because of VAT that i am paying more. I have requested for the audio recording of the agreement, and they tell me that they will send me a summary of the conversation. This is Nonsense!!!
