Vodacom Contract

On 05/04/15 I travelled from Christiana to Kimberley for an upgrade. Included in the upgrade was a hands free charger. Signed all the documentation on the above date. Paid R150 for the upgrade. However the Samsung galaxy core prime was out of stock. I was informed that it would take approx. 4-5 days, then they will courier the goods to me. Phoned them weekly for 4 weeks. Only to be informed that there is still no stock. Monday the 11/05/15, I received the phone via courier, but no hands free charger as I signed for. Phoning Vodacom once again, I was informed that because the transaction was captured on the 08/05/15 the promotion was finished. I spoke to Ethan on 12/05/15 and told him that I signed for the phone and the charger and would like the charger as well. He informed me that he would speak to the manager and get back to me. To date, I have not heard a word from either Ethan or the manager.
