Vodacom contract

Hello Peter, I'm writing this in disappointment, Vodacom has been back and forth with us and not helping us with cancellation of our contract phones .. we had a 24 months contract deal that was suppose to end August but for some reason on that month they couldn't access the money which was funny because the money was there so it led to arrears which we ended up paying more in September,so we let them know the contract ended on that month and they agreed and we informed them the only thing left is the WiFi router connection which ends February. Instead of merging our phones to prepaid they kept giving us airtime and data and we kept calling them asking them to revert it back because we did not extend our contract and we are done paying them, but they keep not helping us now they say we are in arrears and we need to pay for those phones even though our contract ended last year August. Now they disconnected our WiFi router which is payed for, we are struggling to connect even the cellular phones they cut of network and connection, please help. We are so tired since last year we've been struggling to get help. My mom's name is Jeannette Mfusi. Vodacom is our worst nightmare, I've never seen such an *********** customer service.my mom has been a loyal customer for over 20 + now and we are so disappointed and drained by the up and down and calling and inquiring without any help. We are done with the cellular contract,the only thing left is WiFi router which we will be paying last payment on the 25/25 of February but they disconnected the router also.
