Vodacom contract

4th April 2017. On Saturday the 4th March at 12h07 I phoned Vodacom to cancell my contract on cell ********** 282. This I have done because I were in August 2015 retrenched, am a pensioner aged 66 years and have very little monthly income. The lady at Vodacom Customer Care center did not supp**** me with a reference number and also I did not get her name. I had ± R995.00 airtime and ± 1.95Gb of data on the phone. One of my questions to the lady was, what about my airtime and data. She informed me that I will loose the data but will keep the airtime. This question I asked her twice. Now come Saturday 1st April 2017 and my cell is dead. No airtime. No data. This were futures that I paid R400.00 plus every month for 24 months. I accepted the fact that I will loose my data but why now also the airtime. I went to the local Vodacom shop this morning and complained that I were not happy loosing my airtime, because that was not what we agreed on when cancelling the contract. They phoned Vodacom Customer Data Centre which were at all not very helpfull. What now?
