Vodacom Continuing *****

On 15 Nov 2019 I raised a complaint with ICASA that Vodacom were de*****ing customers by not providing the advertised bonus airtime when recharging a pay as you go account. This case is STILL open (I did receive a call from the Vodacom CEO office saying they would investigate, but no further communication). Now, again today I recharged with R150 and subsequently made a call to a Vodacom number. AGAIN the charge came off my normal account, NOT from the R150 bonus account
