Vodacom continues billing, even after leaving the network.
It appears that, notwithstanding my frustrations with Vodacom, they have continued to bill me since I left the network and ported my number to another carrier. This continued billing as now reflected negatively on my credit score.
In addition, they appear to not have an number for their legal collections team, so I can't even speak to someone to get this resolved.
Really makes me feel sick that these large cell phone companies can bully their customers.

I was basically bul**** into paying the outstanding amount to clear my credit record. I can assure you that I (nor anyone that I work with) will use Vodacom.
You only have a call center that makes collections. They have no authority to work out a dispute. When I try to find out the details, they tell me I must email your legal email account (there is no phone number). I received a response from your legal account email three days later to say only that the matter was closed.
I think Vodacom optimizes the large corporate that provides poor service, is protected by regulations and bullies their customer base.
