Vodacom continously calls drop or no signal

I have no cellphone reception in certain spots at home, continously have missed calls because phone never rang and I have it with me the whole time, also have calls drop half way through a conversation. Have contacted vodacom regarding this, they offered no solution or advise, nor indicate what the issue is. I checked with my neighbours, they have similar issues
