Vodacom Contacts /Bad service

I got a data contact with vodacom for 600GB 30mbp which I was fine with no complaints until one of your agents called offering me a home router for FREE he said I would only be paying 96c I asked is he sure about that price and he said yes....that's where the drama started only to find out the upgrade was an increase of R165 ....I've been calling so that everything could be canceled but as usual you are sent from agent to agent or numbers that are engaged ...I need my 600GB back with 30mbp so I can use it on my pocket router I don't need the home router that your guys blocked but I'm still paying for for the 600GB at 50mpb speed it's not gonna work on my router ofcouz Right now I have data that I pay for every month end but I can't use it because of someone negligence and what happening to vodacom complaints email because you will never get a response from vodacom.

Please sort this out ASAP I have contacts with vodacom and I have realized over the years when you want an upgrade or new contact you will get it some day but I have problem that was created by them shame it will be like searching for car parts with no parts at the end .
