Vodacom Contact Horror

My vodacom contact ended last year June 2019, I phoned before it end stating that I won't continue with the contract.

As I was using a debit order for payments, they stop denting me from that time and my number was converted to prepaired.

I'm surprised now this year they Start calling me saying that I owes vodacom. I was on debit order and I canceled my contacts that's why they stopped debting my account.

I being to contacting vodacom many times trying to fix this issue they are falling.

Now this is also affecting my credit profile.
