Vodacom contact cancellation
My contract with Vodacom expired in February, and i have tried to call them via their 082 135 number but there is never an operator to pick up my call, even after hanging for a long time. Sometimes the call just get cut while waiting to speak to an operator.
Why does Vodacom make it impossible to cancel contracts so much?
