Vodacom Consultants **** to ***** My Money
Vodacom is running a ****. Their consultants have been badgering me with calls saying I’m paying too much for my contract. The line is I’m paying too much and they want to offer me better data and minutes at the same cost. I was repeatedly told that the cost will not change. Guess who paid R500 more for 5gb and 50minutes call time? Me.
Well I’m going straight to the Ombud and requesting copies of the call as this is insane to me. I own three contracts with Vodacom but apparently that’s not enough for your pockets. I’m deeply disappointed and will never ever make the mistake of giving this company my money.

04 May 2024, 14:22It wasn’t WhatsApp don’t be dense. Your consultants called me non stop to make me agree to a nonsense migration that is costing me R500 for 6gigs of data. They **** repeatedly and I want the recordings so I can go to the Ombud. I’m sick of this.
