Vodacom consultants are useless

I received an SMS saying my request for sim swap has been received but I didn't request any swim swap. I immediately called Vodacom to inform them that it was not me, someone is trying to hack me, and they must not process it. To my surprise my number stopped working after 2 hours. when i call Vodacom they told me that swim swap was done on my number. How did they approve the sim swap after i told them it's not me? their consultants are *********** or maybe they are the ones working with these ********s. I mean why did they approve the sim swap even after I called them and tell them not to. we are really not safe anymore in this country because people are failing to do their jobs. I had to run around looking for Vodacom shop as they were not able to assist me on the phone and these ********s took over my WhatsApp as well. now I'm told they even ported my number to cell c and have to wait 3 days for an outcome. I'm so disappointed with Vodacom.
