Vodacom Consultants’ Appalling Response - Unforgivable Conduct
I write to you today with a heart ablaze with fury, spurred on by the abominable behavior of Vodacom consultants, which has left me utterly incensed.
In recent dealings with Vodacom representatives, I have been subjected to a nightmare of deceit and manipulation that defies belief. It appears that certain consultants within the company are engaged in a repugnant competition, not to provide exemplary service, but to engage in a vile game of contract poaching. These ************ individuals shamelessly prey on unsuspecting customers who have already committed to contracts with their colleagues, attempting to lure them into canceling or referring their agreements, all in a bid to line their own pockets with ill-gotten gains.
But if you thought their actions alone were enough to raise one's blood pressure, allow me to recount an exchange that left me boiling with rage. When I dared to request the name of the consultant responsible for this reprehensible behavior, I was met with nothing short of disdain and contempt. The consultant in question haughtily brushed aside my request, brazenly declaring that such information was "not required," as if my right to know who was orchestrating this charade was somehow inconsequential. To add insult to injury, I was informed that the consultant at Springs Mall purportedly had all my details on file, as if that was supposed to assuage my concerns.
Let me be unequivocally clear: this response was not only dismissive but downright insulting. It is an affront to basic decency and customer service standards. To suggest that the identity of the individual responsible for such reprehensible conduct is irrelevant is an insult to my intelligence and a blatant attempt to evade accountability. *** call centre number)
This egregious display of arrogance and disregard for customer rights is simply unconscionable. It is indicative of a culture of impunity that has evidently taken root within Vodacom, where consultants feel emboldened to trample over customer trust with impunity.
I implore you to take swift and decisive action to address this matter. The conduct of these consultants is a stain on the reputation of Vodacom, and it cannot go unaddressed. I demand nothing short of a full-scale investigation into this matter, and I expect concrete measures to be taken to hold these individuals accountable for their actions.
Failure to do so would be a damning indictment of Vodacom's commitment to integrity and customer service and also a full and final breach of the "POPI act', "TCF act", she even refused to give me a reference nr for the call, but an email came through afterwards with the following (***). I eagerly await your response and trust that you will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves.
Yours furiously, Elmar Smit ***
