Vodacom consultants

I have an account with vodacom which I couldn't pay every month but I had an arrangement with one of the consultant from vodacom over the phone about my payment not knowing that he was misleading me and that is not a legal arrangement and now they have handed over my account to the lawyers even if I was still paying.now I have to pay bridge of contract plus the legal fees plus the service fee.i have been trying to contact them with their numbers that are not reliable and you can only go through if lucky and I have left messages so that they contact me but they did not.i feel their *********** and misleading the customers .bad service and now I am black listed because of their negligence
