Vodacom consultant will mislead you just for them to earn commission

On the 12 of July 2024 i received a call from a consultant from vodacom telling me about so called imigration . So on my current contract i was paying R586 that includes 650MB and 50 minutes . So the guy who called said they can offer me 1.3GB and 200 minutes and i will be paying R448 and i asked if will this affect my currrent contract and he said no is just an imigration nothing changes so i was suprised on the 31 July 2024 when i check my balance is on R795.00 . Immediately i called to cancel and i was told that it will take 3- 5 working days till today i haven't got a respond. Vodacom consultants will mislead you play far away from them. Is the any normal person who can pay a whole R448 for 1.30 GB .
