Vodacom consultant puts the phone down on me

So a social media consultant phoned, I needed to explain the entire situation to him. He promises someone will get back to me. No one did. This morning the same consultant phones for a follow up and again says someone will contact me. Eventually someone does call me, the person who I have spoken to on 28 March 2019. She phones just to tell me that she cannot tell me why the discount was cancelled. So the discount on a 24 month contract was cancelled but I cannot cancel the contract now because it's on a 24 month contract. Are you serious?!!?!?!?????

The tip of the iceberg is the fact that SHE PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
