Vodacom consultant not getting back to me for weeks

Vodacom is the worst service provider! I've been trying for weeks to get through to them for a Deal that a consultant had offered me and now all of a sudden nobody can see the offer or find out what's going on. I had asked numerous times for the same consultant to give me a call back but he just refuses to call me back as well as higher management! This is pathetic service from such a big company honestly! Disgusted.
