Vodacom consultant gave me wrong information

Hello<br> <br> I am disgusted with the incorrect information given by the person who assisted me when taking the Laptop contract i think a few weeks backs<br> <br> 1. He told me that the laptop comes with microsoft office and everything else so all I have to do is switch it on and use it and to my suprise when I got home it didnt have it.<br> <br> I and my husband even confirmed with him and he said YES it has microsoft office.<br> <br> 2. He told me that I wil be getting 1GB of data per month and once its depleted I will have to top up (Manually buy data) and then we confirmed AGAIN and he said YES its a top up account.<br> <br> I WILL NOT BE PAYING THE R200 and something for using extra data as YOUR CONSULTANT gave me incorrect info. I will even take it with my lawyer. <br> <br> If you dont believe me, GO to your cameras and whatever else you have to see all he said.<br> <br> I have been a loyal customer for years but this is just ********. You need to send that guy on some serious training<br>
