Vodacom Consultant compliment

I would like to pay a huge compliment to Busisiwe Zwane at the Vodacom contact centre who assisted me with unlocking my number with Vodacom. After so many attempts to do a sim swap she did her job splendidly and removed my number from the Vodacom system. Mind you it took several complaints even with head office but she managed to do it in 2 days. I am so happy she could assist me so efficiently. she really does deserve an award for this as more than 9 consultants including Vodashops could not even do what she did
