I've been trying to migrate back to my previous contract but no win

When I called the consultant they referred me to other consultants who never pick the calls.its been 2months now trying to resolve this bt I'm failing..NEVER FALL FOR THEIR DEALS ..LIKE RED HOT DEALS once you in no one will assist you to get out😤
