Vodacom consider our grievances with your service

Hi my name dee, i received a call from a vodacom consultant telling me the is someone trying to do sim swap with my number, even now I'm still struggling to find out if the sim swap was cancelled or not i cant find an alternative number for vodacom to be able to speak to a consultant. Im so disappointed im even thinking of using a new service provider. I dont feel my number is safe to use anymore i cant even get a number for vodacom so that i can get help.
