Vodacom conning all customers

ALL CUSTOMERS BEWARE I received an SMS today saying something to the effect of me being subscribed to content services and needed to dial *135*997# I did this only to find out I've been subscribed to the same subscription 4 times at 3 today from July I have never accepted any subscriptions or opted into any services ever I called customer services and was told that I could only receive a refund for today when it's been running for 90 days FOUR times on one phone The Call Centre agent told me that what happens is I've been sent an SMS and because I didn't read the ***** SMS and reply to the SMS to cancel it gets automatically loaded onto my phone THIS IS THEFT. DISGRACEFUL! It's not enough for them that I'm their customer that I spend my money with the company as opposed to the competition that they now need to go and ***** money from me each and every day If this is happen to me it must have happened to millions of customers in South Africa millions of unknowing customers who are conned into subscriptions that they never wanted I then went to my second vodacom phone and lo and behold 3 subscriptions that I've never even known of are loaded onto that phone I then went to an associate phone and did the same thing and he has three subscriptions on his phone Between us vodacom or *****ing a minimum of 30 each and every day that's 900 a month unknowingly taken off our phones disgusting vodacom shame on you the public needs to be made aware of this
