Vodacom conned me into a contract

I was contacted by a representative regarding the drop in data prices. After explaining that I actually wanted a phone contract but could not get one, because I had to get my credit score up (as I was newly employed then), the lady suggested that I do a small data bundle contract and then after 2 months I can get the contract that I wanted. Needless to say 2 months later I went to a Vodacom store and was told that I was not eligible for the contract, even though I can afford it.

Now I must wait 3 more months, because they checked my eligibility, to maybe be able to get the contract and now I am stuck with a contract that I got conned into. Oh and when they signed me up for the contract they automatically subscribed me to some Hunky Dory service that I wasn't even told about and don't even know what it is and it takes R10 a day from your airtime. I only found out about it about 10 days later.

So I am not happy at all. This ********** tactics is unacceptable.

Firstly, my matter is not resolved. I am still sitting with a contract that I do not want. The least you can do is to honor the lie that was told to me by giving me the phone contract. At least do something to convince me to continue doing business with you.
