Vodacom connectivity
Connectivity,
Numerous calls were logged over more than a decade.
Telephone calls are dropped frequently. One conversation diminishes to "Hello, hallo can you hear me all the time?" This state of affairs is utterly frustrating, especially when the main purpose of a telephonic conversation ceases to exist. Internet connectivity is just as poor. The consequence was that another service provider had to be utilised and the Vodacom internet contract was not renewed. The abovementioned issues have been raised at two different sites.

12 Mar 2026, 12:50That is the problem EXACTLY. Vodacom has been aware about these connectivity issues for over a decade. The worst of this issue is - VODACOM WILL THEN ATTEMPT TO CONTACT A CLIENT OVER THE SAME MEANS AND EXPERIENCE THE SAME ISSUE.
The result will turn out the same - promises!!!

02 Jun 2026, 18:28The dissatisfaction and the shortcoming was not addressed. During a telephone conversation follow-up with Vodacom customer care and a technician two weeks ago, both stipulated that a service technician would contact me for an appointment. The aforementioned never materialised and the query reference number *** was prematurely closed!
This event happened twice before over many years during queries that were logged with Vodacom.
Is this the procedure that is followed?
What is the purpose of logging queries if the problem is not resolved?
