Vodacom Confirmations

After yesterdays query "Worst service ever, we app**** for a new contract on Monday 21st Jan online. On Wednesday the order was confirmed. Then nothing, when we phone them someone from confirmation will contact us back. Phoned twice this morning and still no response!!!"

And response from Vodacom, Confirmations still hasn't tried to contact me.

What should one do in this instance, wait for a few more weeks, I am totally flabbergasted.
