Vodacom Confirmation never calls back
I have recently done an application for a contract online and was told i will be contacted in 24 hours for confirmation.
I have called them numerous times and each time they say that vodacom confirmation will call me today, tommorrow etc but i have not gotten a single call yet.
The deal is an online exclusive deal and i am unable to to it in store however no assistance is received
The turn around time is 24 hours however i have not been contacted. Is this the service that you provide to a potential customer ?

08 Aug 2024, 10:05Thank you, i have received the call from confirmations and was notified that there was a delay due to the high volume of orders online and as such there was a delay and calls were rather attended to in a 72 hour window than 24hours. Thank you for the prompt service

08 Aug 2024, 13:19Actually so upset, a consultant calls me we modify the deal, then someone calls and says the deal is incomplete and only the initial deal is processed , i call back and then there is no this is not done thats not done. i have no idea what is even going on anymore, everytime i call and ask for the initial consultant to call me the call isnt returned .

09 Aug 2024, 20:08Initially I did receive the call and explained to the person who contacted me. Now another run around to cancel a deal to put a new one in everytime I call there's a different story and back to wait for confirmation after an entire week!!
