VODACOM CONFIRMATION LONG OVERDUE | NO ASSISTANCE

I have been on pending order confirmation for almost a wrek now. Agter making the order, AND BEING APPROVED! it was said I will get a confirmation call within 1 to 2 days. IT'S ALMOST A WEEK NOW. I cannot believe I wanted to leave my prior provider for this. THIS ORDER IS URGENT and it is UNACCEPTABLE. I called numerous times, staff can't help me yet after numerous emails to customer care I still didn't get a call TO CONFIRM AFTER I HAVE BEEN APPROVED!

VODACOM CAN YOU PLEASE ASSIST ME TO DO THE CONFIRMATION SO I CAN RECEIVE MY ORDER! Before I totally make noice on this bad service ...
